Went in not really knowing what to expect. Found the trailer that would work for us and intended to pay with funds from 457. I can only access cash from 457 when I actually retire, not when Im 65, which I am. I really not ready to throw in the towel, but soon. Jeff went to work in finding the funding and with in 2 weeks . They are honest and very knowledgeable. Thought I had 2 dead batteries but they added water the they took on a charge so new batteries not needed right now. Most repair centers would have replaced them for 400 Highly recommended that center for service work

If you have an camper problems these guys are amazing. We bought our camper from here 3 years ago and not 1 problem. Love it. This last week we have been having furnace problems and called Darren's. Not only did they come to my camper in an hr and figure out what the problem was and fixed it but also educated us on what to look for. So above pleased with their commitment to is campers. I just bought a new trailer from Darren Bideaux RV, the salesman was super nice and helpful! Service was great to help with all my questions on the new trailer and how to work everything. Darren Bideaux RV did the repair to my damaged fifth wheel. They did an excellent job on the repair and I would definitely recommend their service department for anything you would need done.

We brought our trailer to have some minor repairs done and to have our slide looked at back in August. Turned out the problem with our slide was a lot more extensive than we had anticipated. They went above and beyond working with us and got our trailer fixed! The amount of kindness, great communication and good old fashioned humanity was humbling. Great deal on a ☆new☆ RV HEATER

I have a jayco up there getting repaired. They are not a jayco dealer, I hate camping world where I purchased it. The bathroom door got messed up from a rental. They are doing everything possible to find a solution. Jackie in service, AMAZING! She has given me updates, dealt with my nonsense rambling and useless stories. I may live in tooele, but I will gladly drive up to give this place my business. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The communication and professionalism is unmatched here.

These guys are amazing, Jarred was our sales guy and found us the perfect trailer. He didn't try to push us outside of the price range we gave him, and made sure we were looking at the right trailers our truck could handle while still getting the things we wanted. After we purchased our trailer they gave us a walk though to show us how everything worked, and that everything was in working condition. About a year ago my retro trailer needed a fender replaced. The manufacturer said it was out of production and they could not help me. The dealer I bought the trailer from was unable to help. I went to Budeaux and the man in parts spent about 5 minutes online and located exactly what I needed. He even found a variety of colors. A week later it arrived and fit perfectly. Great service. Guess where I'll go for any future RV needs.

I just continue to be so pleased with the great work Darren Bideau’s service team has provided for our Lance camper. Yesterday after completing several items, Dave one of their mechanics who had worked on our camper saw us about to leave. He came out hurriedly to see us and explained everything he found and what he did to correct our issues. The service team has really take care of us. Roger who is head of service has been very helpful in getting our camper in to support repairs under the manufacturer warranty since we purchased it. Jackie has been tremendous in getting us in on the schedule and working with the manufacturer on getting the claims approved so we don’t owe anything out of pocket. The technician, Joe is a wiz for all things around rvs. Has been tremendous in getting things fixed the right way and has helped educate us on our trailer.

Had an insurance claim that needed to be fixed. Everyone at Darren Bideaux was amazing to work with and the repairs were done quickly. I will recommend them from now on to everyone!!!

These Guys are Above and Beyond! Way above any on customer service! Stuart in sales was great and spent the time to show us EVERY possible trailer to until we found the one that would fit our needs. We needed something light but nice to tow behind our Jeep Wrangler. (worried on how it would tow) Then he introduced us to the Sales and Service Department. Al in the service department did all the research to find the correct brake controller and wiring for our Jeep (which was not set up to tow) When we picked up our Jeep and Trailer, the tech (Joe) who worked on my Jeep took us over Every detail of the trailer, Including NEW batteries, NEW outside Speakers, all Cleaned and the Awesome wiring job and Equalizer hitch set up and INSTALLED on the Jeep! We also purchased a Onan P4500I generator. We expected it to be in the box. No Way, Tim from the parts department, had it all fueled up and showed us every feature on it including starting it up and loading it! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I love this place. I went window shopping with my kids and bought an RV that day because the deals were amazing, the pricing was honest, and the sales staff weren't pushy. In fact, they seemed to do everything they could to make the RV I wanted fit my budget. I wanted to find better deals, but I couldn't. I can't say enough good things about them.

The parts guy was very helpful in getting me with the right pieces to fix my propane tanks. Everything went together well, and works great!

My wife and I traded our truck and trailer in on a class C motorhome financing it turned into a crazy nightmare not only for us but for the dealership. Recently while RVing in our Sanibel 5th wheel in Kerrville Tx, we experienced a total Air conditioning failure due to a communication error. Since my rv warranty was expired, I was thankful that I had my extended warranty with Rv Elite! I contacted a certified mobile technician that was approved by Rv Elite. I also contacted Jeff Cambell at Darrin Bideaux RV and he was tremendous in expediting our claim! We Thank all parties involved for getting us up and going again paying our claim in full!

Great place!! Solid communication, prices are fair. Loved dealing with them and will definitely come back in the future. One year later, still loving these guys, have used them for multiple things (service of my RV, and then renting an RV) and they have been amazing on all my dealings with them.

We brought out Genesis Supreme RV to Darren Bideaux Rv a couple of weeks ago to figure out why our speakers and fridge were not working. John was our service guy that we were dealing with. He let me know the radio and fridge both had to replaced. Our fridge was under warranty so he ordered a new one and had it with in a week and said the radio and fridge would be ready to go. Needed emergency repairs on the leveling jacks on my Winnebago Forza 34T. Al was very helpful in scheduling a same day repair window and with the required paperwork, Joe, the service tech, was wonderful in finding the problem, ordering the necessary parts, completing the repair. Also, Joe went the extra mile and contacted the manufacturer for a future warranty replacement. All in all, a fantastic experience! After going to multiple dealerships, some more than once, finally I found a dealership that delivers. I have had a slide problem on my rig for 2 years..... Spur of the moment, I decided to tow it over to Darren Bideaux, right off the freeway.... No appointment, just frustration with the slide issue... they took it right in and fixed what eluded others in no time at all. We are leaving in the morning to go on a camping trip. I did not have an appointment but stopped in to see if they had a moment to look at my brake system for pulling a trailer. They took the time to take a look and after checking a few things out, they figured out exactly what the problem was and fixed it for me.
