I recently bought a brand new Forrest River Evo! The trailer is amazing!! The truly amazing part of it was buying it! Ive never had an experience like I had with this dealership. From the time I walked in the door, we were treated with respect!! Our salesman Brook was awesome. He showed us everything we wanted to look at, and answered every question we had. They gave us an awesome deal on our trade in and a fantastic deal on the new trailer! Bill in financing is one of the coolest guys. He made the signing process so easy and stress free. He kept punching numbers until he got us a deal that worked best!! When I came in to pick up the trailer, Hannah did my walk around. She was very knowledgeable and very cool. We were looking for a good new or used 5th wheel trailer and we couldnt find anything at any of the other dealerships so when our friends told us about Darren Bideauxs we went there online to see what they had. We found two trailers that fit the bill of what we were looking for, so went to see them. The first trailer had all the things I wanted but the kitchen wasnt big enough for the wife. So we went to look at the next trailer and it was gone, sold earlier in the day. We sat down and worked over the pricing and trade in amount but wanted to talk it over some more. So We asked to think about it over night and get back with them the next day or so. We kept looking around but couldnt find anything so we looked again on the web site and another trailer had come on the lot. It was just the ticket for us and we purchased it. It came with a king size bed and that was one of the determining features we were looking for so we bought a new mattress and waited for the new mattress to come in. They delivered it to our space up the canyon and took our old trailer away. That was so wonderful for them to do that. When the mattress came we put it in and slept on it for a few nights and then needed to re-level the RV due to the ground settling under the 6 point leveling system jacks. When we were pulling in the bedroom slide and I herd the motors struggling to pull it in then I noticed the mattress hitting the Chester drawers before it was in all the way. I thought thats not good. Long story short, the RV wasnt designed for a King size mattress. The previous owners had added it and this was probably the cause for the slide motor malfunction and replacement. Bill at Darren Bideaux made it right and replaced our new mattress with a queen size mattress of our choosing. The other dealerships were rude and treated us like crap. But the people here at Darren Bideaux treated us with respect and was right there with answers to our questions. Mike the salesman gave us every break on the pricing he could and they gave us a great price on our trade. I will go back to this company for my next RV and highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a good used or New RV.

Took my Voltage 4150 to have the brakes replaced, least to say they gave these guys a few little issues but they were fantastic, Joe the service Tech was honest, willing to do the extra mile to help get them brakes perfect, and on this trailer thats everything, Kenzie service writer took absolutely great care of me, By staying in contact letting me know what was going on with my trailer thru the whole process, best service experience i have ever had in the RV world, 10x better then the big guys down the street, I will recommend them to every RV'er I know,, Thanks to all of you that did it right.

This being my 6th trailer purchase I can say this by far has been the best pitchase I have made. The sales staff is outstanding both Stuart and Bill in finance made this an easy process. Prep technicians went out of their way to accommodate my situation and need for a fast delivery. This has been the first trailer I have purchased that did not have a live list of items to repair. My unit was clean even though they didn't have much time. Bill went over and above to help make the financing and the deal portion a breeze. Stuart our salesman was very patient and thorough when we were shopping and made every effort to help with the deal. So far the prime time sanibel has been the most solid quiet well equipped headache free unit we have purchased. Walk through was a breeze items were explained very well with effort made to communicate. I am deaf with cochlear implants everyone at the dealership made the extra effort to talk slow and clear so I could understand. I would recommend the sanibel to anyone great product. And I will send all my friends family and others to Darren Bideaux. Thank you to all of those that helped me and my wife with this process

Very Very good, went there to order a new 5th wheel, right when we walked in the door, we were met with very professional staff. They got right down to the business at hand. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Great people work there. I looked all over the country for a specific 5th wheel RV. My daughter found it on line at their dealership. I live 500 miles away and called them immediately. Not only did they have it, they had the best price too! I gave them a down payment over the phone and told them what accessories that I wanted installed. They made great recommendations as to what hitch I should install in my truck. A few days later, I drove the 500 miles to pick up my new 2021 RV. They were so welcoming to me and all knew I was coming. They put their best guy on installing my hitch and gave me a loaner car while the work was being done. They had every accessory that I wanted in stock and even installed cameras at the last moment! They gave me great advise as Im new to the RV world! I dropped off the loaner car at 0 dark thirty and started the trip back with my new rig. So, like a dummy, I left my cell phone in the loaner and was 100 miles down the road before I realized it! I called them and they sent my phone to me overnight air at no charge to me whatsoever! Two weeks later and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience. Special Thanks to Bill in the finance dept, Stewart in sales, and the service dept. especially the tech that worked on my rig. After meeting with the staff we knew this is where we wanted to purchase our new Destination Trailer. They were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to make a deal. Bill is a great with financing, Peter and Victor took care of our questions and concerns. This was a process, we ordered a model they didn't normally carry and they took care of everything, from working with the manufacturer thru delivery. On the first day of my vacation, my solar didn't work and I couldn't operate my jack so I asked the campground where I might get it fixed and they directed me across the street to Darren Bideaux RV. We checked out early that morning so we were there as the service department was arriving for the day. Rodger, the gentleman in charge of the service department, attended to my needs right away and was very kind. Turned out it was something very minor but they cleaned my battery terminals and that fixed my solar problem and got us back on the road within minutes. When I asked how much I owed, Rodger said no charge! There are not many places you can find that will treat their customers like that. I would HIGHLY recommend Darren Bideaux RV sales and service.
